          ขนโดยทั่วไปสีเขียว ส่วนหัวเกือบทั้งหมดสีแดง ขนบริเวณลำคอมีสีแดงเป็นหย่อม ๆ เพศผู้และเพศเมียคล้ายคลึงกัน ช่วงอายุเฉลี่ยประมาณ 30-40 ปี

          General plumage green; head almost entirely red; a few scattered red feathers on the throat. Sexes are similar in appearance. The average lifespan is 30-40 years.
